Romans 8:12 says, “For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.”
Prior to coming to the New Life Dream Center for Men, I had no idea that this scripture existed, let alone the truth it holds or the prophecy it contains pertaining to my life.
Today, I am truly living life for the first time. I give God the glory and I give you my testimony. Our God is still performing miracles today as He did in the past. I know. I am one.
For most of my adult life, I had been bound by addictions to alcohol and drugs. My life was violent. It was all about me and my wants and needs. As a result of my lifestyle, I ended up in prison not once… not twice… but three times. I bought into the lies of the enemy and I believed that this was to be my life and my identity.
But God had other plans for me. He brought me to the New Life Dream Center for Men where I was taught about God and the things of God. As a result of learning about God, I was awakened to the realization of my true identity; who I am as a child of God and the implications this has on my life.
I have been delivered from my addictions and healed of hepatitis C which I got as result of my old ways. Today, I am truly living life for the first time. I give God the glory and I give you my testimony. Our God is still performing miracles today as He did in the past. I know. I am one.
